Right of withdrawal

(with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005)

In case of purchase of products on Growup Store, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the User - acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw via an explicit declaration sent to the contacts indicated on the Contact page.

Effects of withdrawal

If the User withdraws from this contract, all payments made to the Owner will be refunded, excluding delivery costs and local, customs and import taxes that the User may have to bear to receive the goods at outside the European Union or to return goods from a country outside the European Union. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction; in any case the User will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received.
The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the Owner without undue delay, following the methods indicated by the Owner and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User sends back the goods before the 14 day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, not damaged and, therefore, resalable. The returned products must not have been used or damaged, in Via Principe di Piemonte, 89, 80026 Casoria (NA) - EXPRESS MAIL. Returns that do not comply with the above requirements may not be accepted and refunded (refund issuance time of 14 calendar days) , at the discretion of Growup Store and the User is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation of the good other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
